Domestic Credit Cards - we can accept MasterCard,VISA,Discover or AMEX by phone, US mail or online. Secure shopping is provided by Authorize.net. See "Auth.net Secure Shopping" page for details.
International Credit Cards - we can accept MasterCard or VISA. Due to differences in international processing, some international credit cards might not process on line. Please call, email or use PAYPAL if there are problems with your card.
For ALL credit card customers we need the following information:
PayPal/Credit Cards via web site
We accept credit cards and checking account transfers via PayPal. PayPal can be used via the PayPal Shopping Cart buttons found on the product pages. After clicking on the button, you'll automatically be taken to your "shopping cart" - a list of all items you've selected to purchase. From the shopping cart you can change quantities and/or remove items if needed.
To EXIT the cart and return to the RWS web site, click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the page OR click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the list of items.
You can view your shopping cart and/or check out at any time by clicking the VIEW CART button located on each product page. Be PATIENT here - it can take a few seconds to load.
Custom Invoices via PayPal
We are always willing to send you an invoice via Paypal. Please provide your PAYPAL RELATED EMAIL ADDRESS to Dominic by phone or email.

- Name EXACTLY as printed on the card
- Expiration date
- Security Code (last 3 numbers off the signature block area of the card)
- Complete billing (statement) address for the card (we can ship to an alternate address but we must have this accurate address)
- Complete shipping address
- Contact phone number (in case is are any questions when the card is processed)

Shipping Policies
Shipping/Insurance- All Products
RWS ships via USPS to both domestic and international locations. It is our policy to ALWAYS ship with full insurance. If you, the customer, ask for devalued insurance, you take full responsibility in the event the shipment is lost or damaged en route.
Damage/Loss During Shipment
ALL lost or damaged shipments must be reported to RWS via phone or email within 30 calendar days of the shipping date in order for us to file a claim on your behalf within USPS insurance policy limitations. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGED REPORTED AFTER 30 CALENDAR DAYS CANNOT BE FILED AS AN INSURANCE CLAIM. It is the responsibility of the customer to OPEN AND INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS as soon as they are received, and report any damage to RWS at 615-471-1258 OR [email protected] or [email protected]

Return Policies
Engine Parts
UNOPENED items can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for all returns.
Apex seals and other engine parts are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and material for 60 days from date of purchase. We also guarantee they will be a direct replacement part for stock Mazda seals. Defective products will be replaced.
VIDEOS/Books
Videos and books are not returnable. If defective, they will be promptly replaced upon our receipt of the defective item.
