RETURN POLICY Deposit Refund PolicyDeposits are refundable if order is cancelled with 90 days. Deposits after 90 days are considered on a case by case basis. If WE are the cause of the cancellation ( if we are unable to meet the production date you agreed to, for example) we will refund the deposit in full even after 90 days. Engine Parts - Overhaul kits/Apex seals/O ring Kits/Installation Gaskets/Fuel Pumps UNOPENED items can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for all returns. Apex seals and other engine parts are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and material for 60 days from date of purchase. We also guarantee they will be a direct replacement part for stock Mazda seals. Defective products will be replaced. GEAR DRIVES/Engine Controllers/Engine Monitors These items CANNOT BE RETURNED unless they are defective. Defective units will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. VIDEOS/Books Videos and books are not returnable. If defective, they will be promptly replaced upon our receipt of the defective item. Shipping Policy / Mandatory Service Work Policy Shipping costs for warranty, Mandatory Service Bulletins or other repairs/testing/etc. are the responsibility of the customer and will NOT be paid by Real World Solutions. Parts replacement associated with Mandatory Services Bulletins (MSBs) MAY be charged to the customer at our discretion. Labor involved with MSBs and warranty repair work is FREE. Custom Work/Product Modification Policy We regularly receive inquiries regarding modification of our products to work with different engines, etc. This is particularly true of the EC2 engine controller. ALL CUSTOM WORK will be billed to the customer at a rate of $75 PER HOUR. We are unable to do any customer requested custom development/product modification work free of charge. Privacy Policy The information you provide to Real World Solutions, Inc (RWS) will be used ONLY for RWS purposes, with the exception of the posting of customer names and state on out "CUSTOMERS" page at our discretion. On occasion, a builder will request contact information of other rotary aircraft builders in their area. We do provide email contact information unless the customer has specifically requested that we do not share his/her email address with other customers. We may also occasionally ask customers if they can be contacted as a reference and will then use that customer as a reference customer ONLY with the customer's prior permission.
