The BEST method of contacting us for support is to send email to support@rotaryaviation.com.  Tech Support PHONE CALL hours are limited to TUESDAY and SATURDAY from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.  Please understand that Tracy has to take 100% of the technical support calls, and he must control the amount of time spent on the phone to allow time for production work and new development.

Real World Solutions, Inc, is headquartered at Shady Bend Airpark (translated: this is where we live), located on the banks of the beautiful Suwannee River in northwest Florida.   This area of Florida is a haven for eco-tourism, and is particularly known for cavern diving.  The local rivers are fed by the highest concentration of first magnitude springs in the world.

We are on a 2700 X 100 foot private N/S  grass runway (Jacksonville Chart; 15 miles NE of the Cross City VOR on the thirty degree radial).
